Whatcha’ Whipped Up #20

Hi y’all! I’m finally back from my vacation. Bali was fabulous! It was warm & sunny with beautiful beaches and the nicest people I have ever met. I’m hoping to write a post about it some time next week, once I’ve had time to catch up and go through all my pictures. It was really hard to leave, especially knowing that we were heading back to the frigid north where it had already begun snowing.

But now that I’m back and I can see my once tan skin quickly turning back to a shade of pastie white; I’m ready to get back in the kitchen and start baking some Halloween treats. Seriously, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Halloween.

As promised, here are some of my favorite recipes from the past few parties:

Crispy Coconut Chicken with Mango Salsa by High Heels & Grills

Salted Caramel Chocolates by Heather’s French Press

Cincinnati Chili by Chef Not Included

Peach Shortcake Muffins by Addicted to Recipes

Pineapple Medley Stuffed Squash by Lori Ann’s Food & Fam

Toffee Apple Pie Cookies by Inside Bru Crew Life

Chocopots by Chocolate Chocolate and More

Spicy Cashew Chicken by The Pastry Chef’s Baking

Jack Skellington Cake Pops by Pint Sized Baker

Now lets get the party started!

I’m so excited to see all the sweet & savory treats you’ve whipped up this week.

I’m sure you all know the drill:

  • See those cute little cupcakes on the sidebar? I’d love if you became follower of DJ’s Sugar Shack on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest , etc.
  • Please only link up recipes. Sweet and Savory recipes are welcome. A girl cant live on desserts alone. OK she can, but she shouldn’t if she wants to fit into her jeans ;)
  • Link directly to your specific post, not you blog’s main page.
  • A link back to DJ’s Sugar Shack in your post would be greatly appreciated.
  • We all love comments. Be sure to check out some of the other blogs, leave comments & make some new foodie friends.
  • Feel free to link up as many recipes as you’d like, as long you haven’t already linked them here before.

Each week I’ll be featuring a few of my favorites; so be sure to come back next Wednesday.

I’d appreciate it if you helped me spread the word by grabbing a button and adding it to your blog.

This party will close on Saturday evening.

If you would like to keep updated on all the happens at DJ’s Sugar Shack please be sure to “like” me on Facebook!

  1. WELCOME HOME! You;ve been missed…I can hardly wait to see your photos. Man, what a job it’ll be to decide which ones to post huh? That was a long vacation. Tickled to know you enjoyed the sunshine. I am not sure the linky is correct to be able to add to the party…will check again tomorrow. Take it easy and don’t overdo yourself trying to get caught up now that you’re home.
